UPDATE: FRIDAY, AUGUST 6, 9:30 p.m.
I have give the guy who is doing this crime the name "The Target Toucher." He is still at large, and thanks to ALL the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA NEWS STATIONS of HELPING CATCH THIS CLOWN.
UPDATE at 10:06 p.m.:
The Target Store where this sexual assault took place in the store located off of South Street and Gridley Road across from the Los Cerritos Center.

The community is being ask to help identify a suspected sexual child abuser after a scary incident at one of our local Target Department stores took place in Cerritos this week. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, Special Victims Bureau sent out a "special alert" to the media and community tonight requesting help identify the suspect of child sexual abuse.
Here is what prompted the alert. On Tuesday, August 3, 2010, a 12-year-old female victim reported that while looking at music CD’s inside the Cerritos Target store, the suspect approached her and stood very close to her.
The suspect momentarily looked at the CD’s then fondled the victims chest area over the clothing. He then grinned at the victim, apologized, and left the store. The image of the suspect was caught on the Target Store security cameras and have been posted on the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Media web site.
He is described as an adult male of Asian background, between the ages of 29 and 32 years of age, with pocked marks on his face (acne) and was wearing a black and white stripped pull over shirt.
Anyone with information concerning the suspect are urged to call the Los Angeles Sheriff’s (866) 247-5877.
