I wanted to post this update on the murder case of Matthew Butcher.

Los Angeles police have announced a $50,000 reward for a man suspecting of killing Butcher and a worker at a medical marijuana dispensary.

Butcher was fatally shot inside the Higher Path Holistic dispensary on June 24 around 4:10 p.m. in the 1300 block of Sunset Blvd. A co-worker at the Higher Path Holistic shop was also shot and is still recovering from his wounds.

Detectives on Thursday said they are looking for 27-year-old Raymond Lemone Easter, a suspected gang member believed to be one of three people who robbed the Echo Park dispensary June 24.

Also, 31-year-old Daniel Hinton, has been charged with murder and attempted murder in the case, and a third suspect, the driver of the getaway car is still wanted by police officers.
