Ryan Bowman freed on $50,000 bail. Faces arriangment in January for leaving the scene of an accident. I would like extend an invitation to Mr. Bowman to share his thoughts on my blog....

Australian businessman Ryan Bowman is a free man this afternoon.

He just walked out of a Beverly Hills Court room after posting a $50K bond.

Bowman, 34, made his first court appearance in connection with a deadly hit-and-run incident on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood last week that claimed the life of Lauren Ann Freeman, 21 of Hollywood.

Los Angeles County prosecutors charged Bowman on Monday with leaving the scene of a collision. (See my previous posts for the official statement from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office).

Bowman, is not off the hook, and he could face up to four years in state prison if convicted, and more charges could still be added over the next few weeks.   Both law enforcement, and prosecutor's need more time to research the case.

Bowman will be back in Court on Jan. 4, 2011.
