Los Angeles, Ca

I just heard on NBC 4 News here in Los Angeles that the legendary Jack Kyser has passed away at the age of 76.  Everyone who knew Jack...loved him.

He was the "economic guru" of Los Angeles County for as long as I can remember.  He was kind, and he meant business here in Southern California

It was just two weeks ago when Mr. Kyser and the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation named Cerritos as the Most Business Friendly City in Los Angeles County for municipalities with populations less than 60,000 residents.  The City of Alhambra was also recognized for this years honor.

What a huge loss.  I always liked Jack.  Very wise, and a real smart economist. I always thought of him as the West Coast version of Alan Greenspan...  No word on what caused his passing.   Share your thoughts if you would like...Great man....True inspiration to many....Seems like we have lost a lot of great leaders from this generation here in Southern California during the past couple of weeks.  RIP!
