Hongxin Liu arrested in murder of his wife Chenan Bao in Monterey Park

BREAKING NEWS out of Monterey Park....

At 2:48 P.M., Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives arrested 41-year old Suspect Hongxin Liu for the death of his wife. Detectives have learned that at about 7:00 A.M., Suspect Liu was involved in a domestic violence altercation with his wife, 39-year old Chenan Bao, at their residence. Bao ultimately died as a result of her injuries. The exact cause of death is unknown at this time. It will be determined by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office at a later date. The murder investigation is still ongoing.

Liu has been booked at the Monterey Park Police Station and is being held in lieu of $1,000,000.00 bail.
