NORWALK -- A Norwalk man was arrested on Thursday afternoon after he allegedly took his two-year old daughter from his wife and held the child captive with a shot gun pointed at his child’s head.
The event took place at the 12300 block of Alondra Boulevard on a residential lot that has two dwellings located on the property.
