5 a.m.

Cerritos, CA

The rain is pounding down on the communities of Cerritos, Artesia, Norwalk, La Palma and La Mirada right now.  As a matter of fact, we have had so much rain in the past 10 minutes here in Cerritos that our streets have already gone from moist to over flowing our curbs.

Today is going to be nasty all over Southern California.
