Albert Huang, the upcoming political star and Mayor of San Gabriel has resigned today after being arrested last week on felony charges of assualt.

His own police department arrested him last Friday, after an argument in a parking lot turned into a wild ride through the streets of San Gabriel, a suburban town in Southern California.

Huang maintains he is innocent.
