BREAKING NEWS: Has body of missing Orange County boater Frank Cipriano been found off Catalina Island?

Have authorities located the remains of missing Orange County boater Frank Cipriano off the coast of Catalina Island?

I am working to confirm this information from official sources within law enforcement.

Cipriano went missing a couple of days ago from the boat "The Indecent Proposal" while docked off Catalina Island. The US Coast Guard called off the search less than 36 hours after he was reported missing.

Also, why hasn't the so called "main stream" media here in Southern California followed up on this case and these new "possible" developments....?

I will be making sure that the correct facts are reported.....
