BREAKING: Officer Involved Shooting In Downey leaves male hispanic dead; Paramount Boulevard and Borson Street is location

A male hispanic adult is dead tonight in Downey after an officer involved shooting took place at around 7:45 p.m. near Paramount Boulevard and Bornson Street.

Los Angeles County Sheriff Homicide Detectives are investigating the shooting that involved at least one officer.

No law enforcement personnel was injured during the incident.

The name of the dead man has not yet been released. He was transportated to a local hospital by Paramedics where he was pronounced dead. There is no further information at this time.
