BREAKING: Manhole Covers 'Exploding' In Long Beach. UPDATED

The Long Beach Police Department said that they have the situation under control. It appears that it was an "electrical fire" on 3rd Street between Cedar and Magnolia.

NBC News here in Southern California is reporting that "manhole covers" are "exploding" in Long Beach and that all residents need to "stay indoors."

Manhole covers? We need some answers, quick.

What's really going on.

Noguez and four others. However, politics has been in my DNA since I was a child.
