BREAKING: PLANE CRASHES IN WEST LOS ANGELES ON GLENDON AVENUE; ONE CONFIRMED DEAD

2000 Glendon Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90025

UPDATE:
One person has been confirmed dead from this horrific crash. Keeping everyone in this neighborhood in my thoughts tonight....

Original Post:
A PLANE HAS CRASHED IN WEST LOS ANGELES, and it has apparently hit close to least one building.  The smoke is very thick.  The nose of the airplane appears to have been sheared off. I am watching NBC LA right now.  It is around an half of mile near the final landing area near Santa Monica Airport.  It is as the 2000 Block of Glendon Avenue.  The plane is in several different pieces.  Pray for the people who were on board.  The cross street is Mississippi and Glendon.  If you live in the area, send me a photo to Randy@CerritosNews.net.

There are helicopters everywhere ... the distance is less than 1/2 a mile from the Santa Monica airport. SMA has increased its aviation traffic within the last 8 months. This increase has concerned many residents and this is why. It is crazy how our neighborhood is paralyzed.
