Abdul Arian was not "high on drugs" when LAPD fired 90 rounds at him after car chase

Amazing details this afternoon...

Remember Abdul Arian, the unarmed 19-year-old man who has shot by members of the Los Angeles Police Department after a high speed chase on the 101 Freeway? Turns out that Abdul was clean as a whistle that night according to toxicology reports released today.

90 rounds of gun fire were used by law enforcement. The entire situation was filmed lived all over Los Angeles.

Over reactions by law enforcement happen, but could this case have been prevented?

My heart goes out to Abdul's family, and his close friends.
