A Moreno Valley Unified School District Board of Education member is behind bars today after he was arrested Wednesday afternoon on get this....suspicion of committing 11 felonies including rape, pimping and pandering. You can't make this stuff up.

Anyway, Mike Luis Rios, 42, was taken into custody shortly before 6 p.m. near his home by Moreno Valley police. The LA Times has all the details in Thursday's edition.

Six counts of pandering. Three counts of pimping.
Two counts of rape by force or fear.

Time for a law to keep CREEPY PEOPLE OFF of SCHOOL BOARDS....
