SHERIFF ROSS MIRKARIMI slapped with domestic abuse charges, FIVE days after being sworn into office in San Fran

San Francisco is all a buzz tonight (not strung out on Pot) but over the breaking news that new SHERIFF ROSS MIRKARIMI (on the job for just FIVE DAYS) has been CHARGED with FIVE MISDEMEANOR COUNTS of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, CHILD ENDANGERMENT, and "DISSUADING A WITNESS."

The alleged misdeed took place after a New Years Eve fight with his wife, who is a noted ex-South American soap opera celeb.

Sheriff Ross is not having a good "first week" on the job. He may become the a political footnote if he resigns. Talk about a new "soap opera" by the bay....
