Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are investigating a shooting in Norwalk on Sunday at around 1 p.m. that has resulted in the death of a male adult.
According to Norwalk Sheriff’s Department officials, the victim, who is only described as a male adult Hispanic suffered a gunshot wound and was rushed to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
The shooting location was at the 11900 block of Pioneer Boulevard.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. His name, age or identity has not been disclosed.
