Party is OVER for MARIA and Arnold. This is not a "happy couple."

Incredible news out of Hollywood tonight.

Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife Maria Shriver have announced they've separated after 25 years of marriage and it appears that they could be heading to "Divorce Court."

I just got a text message from a friend of mine telling me the news. The two have just issued the following statement:

Image via Wikipedia"After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion and prayer, we came to this decision together. At this time, we are living apart while we work on the future of our relationship. We are continuing to parent our four children together. They are the light and center of both of our lives. We consider this a private matter and neither we nor any of our friends or family will have further comment."

This is a sad moment for this well loved "power couple" here in California politics.

Schwarzenegger, now 63, and Shriver, 55, first met in 1977. They were married in 1986. More details later tonight.
