The Prince of Weather is BACK IN THE HOOD!

KTLA Morning News personality Mark Kriski will be returning to the air beginning next Monday morning, February 28th after a long illness, that almost took his life.

MARK KRISKI: BACK ON THE AIR, AND BACK IN THE HOOD ON MONDAY!

Image via WikipediaKriski, one of the most beloved television journalists here on the Left Coast, has been off the air for the past several months recovering from a near fatal case of viral pneumonia. His life, and his health condition have been talked about by his on-air colleagues, and today they announced his return!

I hope that Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa declares Monday "Mark Kriski Day" here in the City of The Angels.

Mark Kriski is a breath of fresh air here in Los Angeles. He is lucky to be alive. This is his "second" crack at life. Welcome back, Mr. Kriski! Mondays forecast is going to be calling for A PERFECT DAY here in LA, even if it rains!!
