Moises Maraz-Espinoza, an 18 year old who allegedly got pissed off at his mom and chopped her up in pieces and stuck her in the family freezer was due to appear in Department 5 of East Los Angeles Superior Court for formal arraignment.
Meraz-Espinoza is charged with one count of murder in case No. VA118531.
The defendant faces a maximum sentence of 25 years to life, if convicted as charged. His bail was recommended at $1 million. Meraz-Espinoza allegedly killed his mother, Amelia Espinoza, 42, on Feb. 2 at their Maywood residence.

Man i use to kick it with this kid, we use to smoke weed and drink together, pretty fucked up if you asked me..i know deep inside he is sorry for what he did but fuckit shit happens..
I knew Moises really good, i use to smoke weed with him, but i can honestly say he fucked up..He's was not the kind of guy that would have looked for help, i wish things could have been different for him, no he's in jail like an animal. Fuck it, who knows maybe he is sorry about it.
