RAW VIDEO OF MADNESS AT GARDENA HIGH SCHOOL: This wasn't an "accidential" situation. This was a major crime scene today and the shooter and his parents need to be held accountable....PERIOD!

Gardena, CA

What a horrific day for the students and faculty over at Gardena High School.  My mom is a former graduate of Gardena High School.

The glory days of GHS are sadly resting in the 1950's, 60's and 70's.

I watched with horror (and frustration) as this drama played out on just about every local television news station and CNN and Fox News, the BBC, ITN and even in Asia and Russia.

A 17 year old student brought a loaded hand gun in his back pack and the gun "accidentally" discharged and tonight two students are in a hospital, one in serious condition with a bullet wound that went through her brain, and traveled through a classmates throat.

I don't care how these cops and school officials want to "spin" what happened today.

It was a "major crime."  The parents of the minor child who brought the gun also need to be held accountable.

Today, Gardena High School is not "my Mom's Gardena High School." The Los Angeles Unified School District has posted the following "official" statement on their website tonight:

"Gardena High School will be open and is expected to operate on a normal schedule on Wednesday, Jan. 19, the day after a shooting on that campus. The first bell rings at 7:53 a.m. Crisis counselors will be on campus Wednesday and throughout the week. In addition, the Los Angeles School Police and Los Angeles Police Department will provide a more visible presence on the campus. The school has an enrollment of 2,400 students."

If I was a parent at Gardena High School, I would be pulling my child out of that school before the clock struck 8 a.m. on Wednesday.  Enough is enough.  If a thousand parents stood up and really took action by pulling their students out of the "Gardena HIGH SCHOOLS" in our community, things would change...real fast.
