MANLING TSANG WILLIAMS: Rowland Heights Woman Convicted of Murdering Husband, Sons; Case Moves into Penalty Phase

MANLING HEADING TO JAIL FOR MURDER!
POMONA – A 31-year-old woman was convicted by a jury late today of the first-degree murders of her husband and two young sons at the family’s Rowland Heights home in 2007. The jury also found true the special circumstances of lying in wait and multiple murders.
The verdicts, returned after a day of deliberations, means the trial of Manling Tsang Williams moves into a penalty phase in which the same jury will be asked to recommend a penalty of death of life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Prosecutors decided last year to seek the death penalty.
Deputy District Attorney Stacy Okun-Wiese, who is prosecuting the case with Deputy District Attorney Pak Kouch, said one penalty witness will be called tomorrow and the remainder of the penalty evidence will be presented starting Nov. 15 in the Pomona Superior Court of trial Judge Robert M. Martinez. Williams was convicted of murdering her 27-year-old husband, Neal, and their sons, Ian, 3, and Devon, 7, on Aug. 8, 2007. Neal Williams was stabbed to death with a sword. The little boys were smothered with a pillow. The jury found true the three allegations that the defendant used deadly weapons – a pillow and sword – to kill the victims.
The defendant was arrested shortly after the murders at the Williams’ family home in the 18000 block of Camino Bello in Rowland Heights. She has been held without bail since her arrest.

How many MILLIONS of DOLLARS ARE WE TAXPAYERS going to have to PAY to KEEP THIS CRIMINAL ALIVE for the NEXT 20 years before or if she is EVER PUT TO DEATH? What would Kamala Harris do if this KILLER was in SAN FRANCISCO?
