California Attorney General Jerry Brown gestures during a news conference in Sacramento, Calif.  As former Gov. Jerry Brown eyes another bid for California's top job, his political opponents want voters to know one thing: Brown's old. History. A lava lamp candidate in the age of Twitter.                                                   (AP Photo/Rich Pedroncelli, FILE)

Los Angeles, CA

Could this be another dip in the road for Meg Whitman and her hope to become the next Governor of California

Could her campaign becoming to a close before the first absentee vote is ACTUALLY cast? It is looking like Mighty Meg could be running out of steam.  The Los Angeles Times has endorsed Jerry Brown for Governor.

In their endorsement....

"One candidate is a stranger to the political and governmental landscape; the other knows every superhighway, back road and dead-end. We opt for real-world experience, know-how and creativity. The Times urges a vote for Brown."
