There have been two arrests in that "follow home" murder from our local Hawaiian Gardens Casino from just one week ago...
Today, Santa Ana Police arrested two long time felons in connection with the robbery and murder of Chi Ngoc Bui, 55 of Westmister.
A third suspect is still wanted and possibly hanging out in the Long Beach area....
Bui reportedly had won more than $10,000 at the famed local casino in a lucky night of gaming.
Arrested for his murder are:
- Tad Allen Carroll, a 41-year-old of Anaheim
- Barbara Ann Hamel, a 47-year-old of Long Beach
- Both Carroll and Hamel were on parole.
- A third suspect Michael William Ross, 26.
The suspects snatched his winnings and ran him over as they drove away. Bui had a female friend with him who managed to run away when the attack happened.
Police are searching for a third male suspect who allegedly helped target the victim after he won inside the casino.

She is a REAL LOOKER! So beautiful and such a "keeper." I hope they get the JUSTICE they DESERVE!
She's gay and doesn't feel the need to dress and look like every other woman... Plus she's had a hard life. Mostly because she brought it on herself but that's why she looks like that.
