Thanks to my readers in Oxnard for sending me this info. Amazing stuff going on up there. Here is the latest. Three Oxnard City Officials had their houses raided late Friday afternoon by the Ventura County District Attorney's Office. The people of Oxnard are standing up and demanding answers. Is someone about to be indicted? Looks like it could happen real soon.
The scandal rocking Oxnard City Hall has exploded once again. On Friday afternoon the homes of three top city officials were raided by members of the Ventura County District Attorney's Office.

| ASSISTANT CITY MANGER HOUSE RAIDED |
Last week, both the Ventura County District Attorney's political corruption office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (that's the FBI, boys and girls) closed down Oxnard City Hall and carted off dozens of boxes of potential evidence, including computer files and other official finacial documents and documents from the Planning and Public Works Department.
Sotelo, Burnham and Herrera were slapped late Friday with "search warrants" at their homes located in Ventura County.
Herrera nor Burnham were home at the time. Herrera was at a California Association of Sanitation Agencies meeting at the time of the raid on his casa, according to reports in a local Ventura newspaper. The DA entered Burnham's home through a window, my sources are telling me.
Herrera was elected to serve as a member of the Oxnard City Council in 2002, following four years of service as a Council member previously, from 1992-1996. Herrera was elected to serve as Mayor Pro Tem from 2004-2006. Stay tuned. The plot thickens. No City HALL is safe in 2010.

I notice the guy they were trying to blame as the "whistleblower" last week didn't have HIS house raided. See, it is ABOUT THAT DAMN MILLIONAIRE CITY MANAGER screwin us TAXPAYERS.
WILL ED SOTELO GET HIS MEGA MILLION PENSION if he is IN JAIL?
I wonder if they are still drinking on the job over in the City Manager's office? That damn Ed. Party ON EDDIE!
