CALABASAS, Ca.-- Here we go...again. Another brush fire has broken out in the San Fernando Valley this time near the Calabasas City Hall. According to the City of Calabasas City Hall web site there is a 12 acre fire located off of Mureau Road in Calabasas.
"Fire crews are on scene and working hard to keep the fire under control."
The second-alarm fire is burning near several apartment complexes and subdivisions, but no structures were immediately threatened according to news reports. A large plume of smoke was visible from the San Fernando Valley.
Tonight's Concert on the Lake is still scheduled as planned. No evacuations or road closures were issued as of 12:30 p.m.

Bad Article / False Lead-in - City Hall is no where near Mureau Road and the fire. Mureau Road is on the opposite side of the 101 fwy and North, near Mountain Gate community. City Hall is South of the 101 fwy, behind The Commons shopping complex.
