Officer involved shooting at 111th Street and Broadway. Male hispanic at large

Sheriff's Internal Affairs Bureau Investigators are investigating a Deputy involved shooting over at 111th Street and Broadway in Los Angeles that took place late Tuesday night at around 9:45 p.m.

No deputies were injured, and the suspect only described as a "male adult Hispanic" is still at large.

Whenever a deputy-involved shooting occurs involving Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies, and the suspect is not wounded, multiple investigations immediately begin at the scene. These include separate investigations by the Sheriff's Internal Affairs Bureau as well as Sheriff's Station or Detective Division Investigators.
