KINGSTON, JAMAICA:

Iconic Jamaican Super Drug Lord Christopher 'Dudus' Coke has been found and arrested this afternoon.

He is now being held at Spanish Town Police Station in St Catherine, several news outlets are reporting today.  Dudas was handed over to police by Reverend Al Miller and is prepared to commit himself to due process and waive his right to an extradition hearing.

The police station has been ringed by soldiers who have taken up strategic positions. Curious onlookers have begun gathering outside the police station.

Coke is wanted by the United States on gun and drug trafficking charges. A $5 million dollar reward was recently placed for information leading to his arrest.  So, will Dudas be heading to the US?  Stay tuned.

I am scheduled to leave for Kingston to begin work on my book on the life of Catholic Msgr. Gregory Ramkissoon in less than 3 weeks.  So, this news is important to me and many others here in our part of the world.

I will keep you posted.
