BREAKING: Corona wild fire given name of "River Fire" by Riverside County Fire Authority

Corona:
The Riverside County Fire Authority has posted updated information about the brush fire that has broken out over in the Corona-Green River area.

Here is the "official narrative" from fire authorities.

"Firefighters are on scene of a vegetation fire south of EB Hy 91 and Green River Road. First arriving engine company reported approximately 20 acres burning in light, flashy fuels at a rapid rate. Resources from Orange County Fire Authority and US Forest Service - Cleveland National Forest and Corona Fire are assisting. No injuries reported. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
Fire is now approximately 30-35 acres.


Problems: Weather: 87 degrees, 17 mhp wnw winds. 34% relative humidity

There are three helicopters, one air attack, two air tankers, five fire crews, one water tender, and three bull dozers on the scene.
