What the F--K? Vice President Biden tells President Obama his new Healthcare Law is a BIG F-ING DEAL! Russian television news is having a "f-ing" field day on this one....

This Healthcare Bill is a big "F--King" deal?

President Barack Obama has signed the controversial Healthcare reform bill in a ceremony at the White House. Okay. We get it. But Vice President Joe Biden thinks it is a BIG F-ING deal, and on Tuesday he was once again caught on tape making a gaffe being seen all over the globe. This clip is from a Russian news outlet, and tonight they are having a "f-ing" field day with this mis-step.

The Health Care Bill was narrowly passed in the House of Representatives on Sunday, with no Republican backing. Under the new plans nearly 32 million more Americans will have access to government-funded healthcare.

While congratulating Obama, Vice President Biden forgot he was on live TV and dropped the F-bomb.

So, is this White House totally "F-ed Up" or are they just "F-ing" with us? Who the "f" knows.
