Pico Rivera Campaign Sign snaggers criminal Booking Photos Released

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has released the mugshot photos of the three suspected "Pico Rivera Political Sign Theives."

They are (left to right) Steven "The Stapler" Duran, age 20;  James "Hang em' High" Diaz, age 19, and Paul "Don't Call Me Fuentes" Puentes age 20. All three men are from Pico Rivera.  They were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing campaign signs belonging to incumbent City Councilman and candidate David Armenta.

These three told Sheriff authorities that James "Jimmie" Beilke, the son of Councilman Ron Beilke promised to pay them as much as $8 for every political sign they stole belonging to Councilman Armenta

The Beilkes say they are innocent and had no involvement in the sign stealing ring. It was still unknown if Jimmie Beilke would be arrested and charged in the case.  An investigation is still ongoing.

Stay Tuned.
