I wanted to thank http://www.prctip.org/ for sending me this "exclusive photo" of James "Jimmy" Beilke who is the alleged "mastermind" of the Pico Rivera political sign stealing ring that has already landed 3 suspects in custody.

Beilke is the son of Councilman Ron Beilke, and he has been named as the "ring leader" of the crime wave that has engulfed this emotional campaign.

Paul Puente, 20, Steven Duran, 20, and James Diaz, 19, all of Pico Rivera, were arrested at about 2 a.m. Wednesday. The three were booked on suspicion of stealing signs belonging to City Councilman David Armenta, detectives said.

During an interrogation, the three accused James Beilke Jr., son of City Councilman Ron Beilke, of offering to pay them to steal the signs, authorities said.
