Letters about Pico Rivera: An inside look at the case and possible criminal charges that could be announced today

I have been sent almost 100 letters and comments for the past YEAR about the ongoing criminal investigation by Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley over at Pico Rivera City Hall.

I wanted to share this particular letter (got it last night). I encourage all of you to send me your thoughts to RREconomy@aol.com. Stay tuned, and keep checking back here on Tuesday. Today is suppose to be THE DAY if criminal charges are going to be filed!

Dear Randy:
The case against Beilke is an open and shut slam dunk when it applies to the violation of failing to recuse himself from voting on the improvement which extended to the corner of his business - Washington Boulevard and Rosemead Boulevard. The item was on the Agenda, his vote was recorded in the minutes and not only did it happen once, but it happened twice. Yes, TWICE, Beilke voted on that improvement project. A crystal clear violation. How clear was it? Crystal! As far as the voter fraud/manipulation is concerned. How in the realm of mathematical probability do 62 Absentee Ballots get requested, then the same 62 completed Absentee Ballots get handed to the city clerk ALL ON THE SAME DAY, from the same address?

I wonder if Beilke will plead "No Contest" like he did to the FELONY of GRAND THEFT PROPERTY. Surely the DA must take into consideration Beilke's criminal past and not let this felon slip through the judicial system based on some hidden political agenda. At least Glasman is not representing him. Sure goes to show how close those political ties went!

Oh yeah, Fuentes should be shaking in his boots about now. Remember when he was investigated for improprieties when he was with Jim Hahn's office? He slipped through the long arm of the law then. Maybe his dastardly deeds will catch up with him now. And how will he find a job paying him $187 THOUSAND DOLLARS for his high school education?
