Edras Ramirez, David Mendez turn themselves in for I-5 Freeway beating of Jerry Patterson

We have a couple of people who turned themselves in on that bizarre fist fight on the I-5 Freeway...Edras Ramirez, 27, and David Mendez, 21, turned themselves in Wednesday around 7:30 p.m., according to and said CHP Officer Chris Baldonado. Both face suspicion of assault and have been taken to Men's Central Jail.

Noguez and four others. However, politics has been in my DNA since I was a child. I am legally blind with zero vision in my right eye and only 40 percent vision remaining in my left eye. I sometimes wear an eyepatch due to my failed vision.
