Dominic Guerrero-Duncan and Ace Duncan go missing from Carson-San Pedro area; Rachel Ann Guerrero wanted suspect

Time for the community to help step up and find two young children who went missing over the past couple of days.
On Thursday, June 21, 2012, while having lunch with her children’s paternal grandmother, Suspect Rachel Ann Guerrero.
Guerrero left the location with her two children (Dominic Guerrero -Duncan, age 6 and Ace Duncan, 21 months old). Suspect Guerrero does not have custody of the children and did not have permission to take the children with her. On Friday, June 22, 2012, Suspect Guerrero agreed to meet and release the children to the maternal grandfather, who has full custody, at “Universal Studios,” but Suspect Guerrero never showed up.
On Saturday, June 23, 2012, at 1:00 PM, Department of Children Family Services (DCFS) notified Carson Station's Watch Commander that the children may be in danger because the suspect is bi-polar, schizophrenic, and believes she has a substance abuse problem. Because of this information, this case rose to the status of critical missing. Additional investigation revealed that the suspect may possibly be planning to leave the country with her children to the Dominican-Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
