Woman known as 'CC' ided as suspect in missing sisters from Long Beach motel....

Here is an update on the case of those two missing girls from a Long Beach motel yesterday...

According to Long Beach Police Department officials, at approximately 10:50 a.m., Long Beach Police were dispatched to a motel at the 800 block of PCH after two girls identified as Demoy Cherie Goodwin, age 9 and Sharron Cherie Bess, age 13 went missing. Their mother, who recently relocated from Northern California, reported to the officers that sometime on Wednesday night a female Black offered to help her care for her two daughters.

Since the initial information released last night, Friday, May 25, 2012, Long Beach Police investigators have identified the female suspect who took the children from the motel as “CC.”

Video was located showing both missing juveniles leaving the motel with “CC” who is described as a female Black, late 20’s to early 30’s with long hair pulled back into a tight ponytail. She was last seen wearing a low cut black spandex top, which revealed a tattoo on her upper right breast. “CC” is believed to stay in the Compton area or on the West side of Long Beach.

Officers continue to conduct door to door searches in areas throughout Long Beach and are asking for anyone who may recognize “CC” or has information regarding the missing juveniles to call 9-1-1 or the Long Beach Police Communications Center at (562) 435-6711.
