Los Angeles County Sheriff's just sent this out to the media regarding an arson fire in West Hollywood involving two ex room mates.  Why do people get this crazy and start lighting apartments on fire?  Sounds like someone had a bad night at the bars....

Here are the details: On Sunday, March 4, 2012, Arson Investigators responded to the 1400 block of North Sweetzer Avenue, West Hollywood, to investigate the circumstances surrounding an apartment fire.  Investigators learned that the fire was deliberately set by the victim's ex-roommate as a result of a prior argument. After breaking a front window, the suspect threw an open container of charcoal lighter fluid along with a burning object, possibly paper into the victim's living room. The victim was able to exit the location and positively identify the suspect as her ex-room mate.  The victim did not suffer any injuries. The suspect is still outstanding. The Los Angeles County Fire Department estimated the loss at $300,000.00.
