Image via WikipediaI love the Rose Parade. I am like a little kid when it comes to seeing the amazing floats "floating" down Colorado Boulevard. I have worked on the City of Cerritos Rose Parade Floats for several years. Due to the RECESSION, the City of Cerritos and a number of other municipalities have opted "out" of the parade to the costs associated with building and operating and coordinating on the these massive "flower shops on wheels." But, the 2012 Tournament of Roses Parade Float Entry's look amazing. My favorite entry this year is going to be from CAL POLY Pomona and San Luis Obispo. Look for a "breaking building" effect on the Cal Poly Float. I have a you tube vid clip of the prototype float engine that is now about the get draped in flowers and seeds. But wait, the Bulldog Surfing Float could be a show stopper....literally! The 2012 Tournament of Rose Parade Float winners are HERE on this list...
