Image via WikipediaEast Los Angeles Detectives are trying to locate a sexual predator who
absconded from paroled supervision. Manuel Rodriguez, who may be
anywhere in the nation, is believed to be in the City of El Monte.
Manuel Rodriguez (Male Hispanic, 47 years-old with Black Hair and
Brown eyes, 5’08” tall weighing approximately 190lbs) walked away from a
parole home located on N. Bonnie Beach Place, East Los Angeles on
September 03, 2011 at around 6PM. He absconded from parole by failing to
charge his Global Positioning System (GPS) anklet. Manuel Rodriguez,
who is responsible for keeping the battery charged, let the battery die
approximately three-days ago. His last known location placed him in the
City of El Monte. It is possible Manuel Rodriguez could have taken the
GPS anklet off, or he is still wearing it and the battery is dead. His
whereabouts are unknown at this time.
Manuel Rodriguez has been arrested twice before for indecent
exposure in a park. At this time, he is only wanted for being a parolee
at large.
