Larry Villegas, 24, ided as second victim in drive by shooting on Painter Avenue in Whitter over the weekend

We now know the name of the second person who was brutally shot down on Painter Avenue early Sunday morning at Frank Villegas, age 24. Also killed in the apparent drive by shooting was Cesar Rodriguez, 19, who was a volunteer Explorer with the Norwalk Sheriff's Department. See the Los Cerritos Community News for more details.

Meet Randy Economy

You may know me from my role as the Senior Advisor and Official Media Spokesman for the Recall Gavin Newsom campaign that established a worldwide blitz of interviews. Noguez and four others. However, politics has been in my DNA since I was a child.
