Any update on this? Kirk is my friends son and he's always been a good guy. He never talks back, doesn't do drugs and has a college degree. He's always been an A student and hangs around with good kids.

I don't believe the cops actually have anything on him but am interested in what they think they have.

What they THINK they have on him ? How about his uncle Doug's dead body.
I've known Kirk his entire life and yes it is tragic . Unfortunately he was on drugs. And now the whole family is suffering. Kirk was a very good boy growing up. All I can think is that he got involved with the wrong people. I never would have imagined this could happen to this family. His father and uncle did an extraordinary jod raising Kirk and his younger brother Eric.

Kirk didn't murder his uncle. Kirk confessed to murder. why? How can he be sentenced to a murder charge without a cause of death? Kirk has no medical training. Kirk is a business student. The State needs a coroners cause of death. How can Kirk's statement of murder be allowed? Kirk doesn't know if Uncle Douglas died of stroke or any other reason. At Kirks top level of anger, he stands straight up and almost raises his voice. Kirk didn't murder his uncle.

How much energy does it take for a man to have a fight for a long enough time to kill someone? from that fight, carry a dead body from an apartment to a truck in a parking garage. after that labor, drive 3 hours, then drag the dead body out of the car to an area far enough away from the truck, pour a flammable liquid on the body, and set it on fire. without anyone noticing you do this? Is Kirk a triathlete? Or was there three people?

Douglas Brian Galvin was murdered in Santa Barbara by incineration. The criminals that set Douglas Galvin on fire are the murderers.
Douglas Brian Galvin was taken out of the apartment complex and put in his car. the tenants in the apartment complex witnessed this. no one was questioned. July 27, 2011.
Douglas Galvin was driven to Santa Barbara to hide the crime.
Douglas was set on fire. If Doug is driven that far to hide the crime, Why light a fire to attract attention? A person, or a hiker, or a couple, noticed charred remains on July 31, 2011. August 1, 2011 Santa Barbara Sheriff and La Palma Police make Kirk Galvin the suspect. Kirk is the only suspect in the case.
What do we have for investigators?
Is this the dumbest organization of law enforcement investigators?
We have the most intelligent investigators in this country.
This is the California Law Enforcement. The greatest law enforcement in the country.
All law enforcement should look at this investigation. This investigation represents California Law Enforcement. I'm a huge fan of the GREAT CALIFORNIA LAW OFFICERS.

Kirk is completely defenseless. His only option is to make a plea for 'prison protection'.
Be the proud California Law Enforcement Officers. Save this great man, Mr. Kirk Galvin.
