BREAKING: THREE KILLED, TWO CRITICALLY BURNED IN CAR ACCIDENT AT 5 FREEWAY NEAR BEACH BOULEVARD (UPDATED AT 11:45 P.M.)

Buena Park, CA

Three people have been killed in a tragic accident within the past two hours at the 5 Freeway -- Beach Boulevard Off-Ramp in the city of Buena Park.

Several law enforcement and rescue officials are currently on the scene, including members of the California Highway Patrol and Orange County Fire Department.

Apparently the car that was involved overturned on the freeway off ramp and a fire quickly broke out at the scene. Two people have also been taken to an area hospital according to media reports. I live less than 2 miles from this location and were heard lots of media helicopters over the Cerritos/Buena Park/La Mirada/Norwalk area beginning at around 10:45 p.m.
