UPDATE: Cypress Lodge Motel killing victim was Marques OliverCharles Murray. Others injured include Steven Frances LeClaire, the suspects father, and Raymond Eligan. Investigation continues....

Members of the Cypress Police Department have released the name of the victim killed in that shooting rampage at the Cypress Lodge Motel last night at around 9:30 p.m.

Killed was Marques OliverCharles Murray, who's date of birth is listed as December 16, 1986. The victim who was shot in the chest is Steven Frances LeClaire (date of birth of April 20, 1968), and Raymond Eligan who was shot in the leg who has a birth date listed as September 28, 1959.

The alleged shooter Steven Matthew LaClaire is the son of victim Steven Frances LeClaire. Apparently the four were watching an NBA basketball game inside one of the motel rooms when the suspect apparently took out a gun "and just started shooting."

More details are still emerging.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact the Cypress Police Department at 714-229-6600.
