WTF?
Are you kidding me? Yep. I had one of my readers in Anaheim send me a copy of a press statement tonight from the desk of Sgt. Rick Martinez (the Public Information Officer) for the Anaheim PD that outlines the "sorted" and very embarrassing details of the charges against Wadley.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Wadley tonight, and as of this posting at 7:47 p.m., no one seems to know where he is "hanging" out.
According to the press statement, Wadley has been leaving lewd photos in public locations in east Anaheim. Police believe that the ex-Huntington PARK Chief of Police also indecently exposed himself to another person that same month.
"Police first learned of these crimes on November 4, 2010 when a woman contacted Anaheim Police to report that she found a photograph of male genitalia on the ground near a running trail at Oak Canyon Road in east Anaheim," Martinez states in his press release tonight.
"The woman reported that she had seen similar lewd photographs of both male and female genitalia on the trail on a few previous occasions while running. She did not notify police on those prior occasions, but instead destroyed the pictures and threw them away," the statement claims.
Then, according to the release, on November 25, 2010 at about 6:00 AM, a woman was on the hiking trail near Toyon Park when a male walked passed her and exposed himself to her.
"He walked passed her with his pants lowered to his knee area, exposing his genitalia and buttocks."
Then, in the early morning hours of November 29, 2010, a group of approximately 9 women were exercising at Toyon Park in Anaheim Hills. When they returned to their cars in the parking lot at about 6:15 AM, three women found lewd photographs of male genitalia on the windshields of their cars. No suspect had been seen, and the photographs were turned over to Anaheim Police.
Patrol officers have been keeping a keen eye in the area since these crimes began, and have found additional similar photographs near the trail on a few occasions in November. Detectives and Forensics personnel have linked these cases and identified the suspect as the retired Huntington Park Police Chief Wadley, who is 56 of Anaheim.
So, tonight, the ex-Chief of Police is on the "lamb." Anyone who has additional information on these cases or has been victimized but have not reported it to police are asked to call Detective Matt Adrian at (714) 765-1960.

I swear, you CAN'T MAKE this STUFF up. WTH? Did you hear about the SEVEN DEPUTIES with the LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT who were put on "leave" today for having a fist fight at the Quiet Canyon in Montebello last Friday night at their Christmas Party. What ever happened to "Protect and Serve?"
I can understand and feel for these officers who put their lives on the line in the septic streets of L.A. If you ever get the chance to do a ride in these gang and drug infested areas i suggest you do it. Then try tio imagine doing it on a regular basis. Let's see if you SNAP!!!!!
