In a new development, actress Lindsay Lohan could be out of jail as early as tonight on her violation of probation on drug possession charges.
Tonight, according to information posted by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, bail has been set for a staggering $300,000.00 to get Lohan out of the slammer.
Lohan's attorney fought a judge's order sending the troubled actress to jail without bail. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg ordered the new bail amount on certain conditions.
Lohan will have to:
Wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet starting within 24 hours of her release.
She cannot possess any controlled substances, must refrain from drinking and must stay out of places where alcohol is primarily sold.
