DINE, DON'T DASH: Cypress PD to hold annual "Tip A Cop" fundraiser this Wednesday at Chili's Restuarant on Valley View. 4 to 10 p.m.

Cypress Police Officers will be donning aprons, serving sodas and cleaning tables to raise money for Special Olympics on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m.,

The "Tip-A-Cop" fundraiser will take place at Chili’s Restaurant located at 10643 Valley View Street here in Cypress.

Tip-A-Cop is a fun-filled event that creates community bonds, develops partnerships and raises funds and awareness for Special Olympics. For over 20 years, law enforcement agencies throughout Southern California have teamed with area restaurants to Protect and to Serve the needs of Special Olympics athletes.

This year Chili’s Restaurant is teaming with the Cypress Police Department to host Tip-A-Cop night, so come out and support Special Olympics and visit with the officers and Chili’s staff.

BTW.  Don't even think of "dining and dashing" without paying the bill at this event. Okay, you have been warned.  LOL.
