Hey, note to Lindsay Lohan:

Your not the only gal named "Lindsay" in Hollywood, or the United States for that matter.

Your bogus $100,000,000.00 lawsuit against E-Trade's use of the name "Lindsay-holic" in their wildly popular TV ad is much ado about nuttin honey.

There are lots of gals in the 'biz and in America with your name "Lindsay" or "Lindsey." Of 4276 names in the 1990 United States Census, your name ranks as the 301st most common name on the books.

I pitty the poor Judge who will have to hear your lawsuit. You are making a mockery of the legal system.

BTW...that commercial on E-Bay that you bitchin' about...well, millions of new viewers have clicked on to see it in the past 36 hours since you made this such a big deal....SWEET!

You may know me from my role as the Senior Advisor and Official Media Spokesman for the Recall Gavin Newsom campaign that established a worldwide blitz of interviews.
