Tsunami getting ready to hit Hawaiian Islands in aftermath of massive Earthquake from Chile

A tsunami is threatened the Pacific Rim as the 8.8-magnitude earthquake off Chile sending potentially deadly waves across the ocean at the speed of a jetliner.

Hawaii woke residents with sirens, alerting them to the waves. A tsunami warning — the highest alert level — was issued earlier for the island chain. Boats and people near the coast are being evacuated.

My cousins Craig and Neva Beedle are residents (beachfront property) on the island of  Maui.

I hope and pray that they are safe.
