SHOWDOWN: David Daleiden, Planned Parenthood meet in Federal Court today in San Francisco

I want to once again congratulate my friend David Daleiden from the Center for Medical Progress for standing up for the right of the unborn and for continuing his mission to expose Planned Parenthood via a series of hotly controversial You Tube videos that created a worldwide uproar during the past year.

Today, David is going to be in a Federal Courthouse in San Francisco in his ongoing battle with PP. Here is a quick note David sent out today regarding the court hearing...(keep the Faith David!)

"I'm traveling to San Francisco today to face Planned Parenthood Federation of America and 10 of their biggest and richest affiliates in federal court this afternoon. The court will hear our anti-SLAPP motions and motions to dismiss Planned Parenthood's gross and overreaching attack on our First Amendment rights to call out their illegal baby body parts business. Planned Parenthood knows that as the truth about their illicit baby-parts-for-profit scheme with "business partners" like StemExpress continues to come out in greater detail, the public will know what they really are: guilty. They are trying to do an end-run around the American people to make sure the truth never gets out, never gets published, and that the taxpayer subsidies to Planned Parenthood's criminal abortion business keep on flowing."
