It's official.

According to KMIR News here in the Coachella Valley, Bernie Sanders will be here in Cathedral City on Wednesday for what I assume is going to be a huge mega rally.

Hell, I am going to check this out. I just landed two free tickets. I like free political events.

I love a good political rally, and Bernie will be the hottest act in the desert this week.

This event is free and open to the public, but RSVPs are strongly encouraged. Admission is first come, first served. General admission entrance found at the main gates.

For security reasons, please do not bring bags and limit what you bring to small, personal items like keys and cell phones. Weapons, sharp objects, chairs, and signs or banners will not be allowed through security. Public transportation: please take the Sunline Transit bus 30 to the Date Palm at Victoria Stop. Limited parking available in the Main Parking Lot off Ortega Road and at the Southwest corner of Dinah Shore Drive and Date Palm Drive in the shopping center parking lot.
