Award winning investigative reporter Randy Economy will be the host of his own talk radio show beginning on Saturday, January 24, 2015 on KRLA AM 870 The Answer from 8 to 9 p.m.

The fast paced one-hour show will allow Economy to give listeners a rare inside look at some of the biggest headlines currently grabbing headlines in the news as well as looking into the stories mainstream journalists are afraid to tackle.

Economy is a native of Southern California and for the last five years as work as an Investigative Reporter for Hews Media Group-Los Cerritos Community Newspapers.

Economy is quick-witted, bold, direct, and to the point, and his new radio chat show will break barriers and make headlines during 2015.

KRLA is the current home to some of the biggest and most influential radio talk show hosts in America including Dennis Prager, Hugh Hewitt, Dennis Miller and Mark Isler.

Economy has been responsible for uncovering some of the biggest political corruption cases in recent memory when he worked at Los Cerritos Community Newspaper. Some of his high profile exposes included corruption inside the Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office that has already lead to the arrest of five people including former Assessor John R. Noguez, Property Tax Agent Ramin Salari, and others.

Cooley served as the top prosecutor in Los Angeles County for 16 years. Cooley rarely gives media interviews, so listeners will be given a unique look into this remarkable criminal prosecutor.

You may know me from my role as the Senior Advisor and Official Media Spokesman for the Recall Gavin Newsom campaign that established a worldwide blitz of interviews.
